I am still learning, still have A LOT to learn, but i figured i would put this out there for everyone to see, get a little feed back, and see if there is anything I could do better.

You should look for an area near jobs with a good school system.

They get you all hyped up about how it's so easy to make all this money and that they have a proven system to do it and they'll show you how to do it.

As a broker I can call my local title company and they'll check title for me as well.The auction services in the Seattle / Tacoma area charge between 2%-3% of the auction purchase price as their commission for access to thier system and bidding on my behalf.
