You are fortunate that your tenant is not in the middle of a lease.You are correct, just because you are selling a home, with a legitimate lease in place, does not mean you can just kick them out unless you had a special clause in the lease that stated that

You can give a legitimate reason why you don't agree or can't comply with the Section 8 contract....could be for lease length, terms, or physical property condition requirements, etc.Be careful as it is still very easy to "discriminate" even if that's not your intent.

@Paul B.The self-employment activity or business that is required to establish a Solo 401k plan has to be legitimate and when I speak with people occasionally who want to setup some self-employment activity just to qualify for a Solo 401k what they are proposing in most cases is not a legitimate self-employment activity or it does not have the longevity that is needed to maintain the plan.

I have not found any, but now that I will be in escrow soon, I feel like I have to get these forms pretty quickly so I can review and perhaps have an attorney review as well.So far, the only forms that seems legitimate to me are from CAR website.
