It is entertaining, educational, and inspiring.  

I’ve learned a good amount and built up some inspiration from the readings and podcasts but wanted to ask fellow peers for some additional advice for someone who is brand new to the real estate industry?

I hope that I can use my experiences and knowledge to inspire others, and learn from others here as well!

I must say that was quite inspirational.

I found the way you've decided to handle your diagnosis inspiring.      

It was an awesome time and I met some really great, inspiring people.I'm looking forward to exploring this site and learning all about real estate investing.

@Gary Waldron , your drive and passion are inspiring...Do us all a favor and keep that momentum up while putting your strategies to work in RE.There is only so much that you can learn information wise, but if you have the "hustle" and are driven I believe that is what separates us.Much success!

You truly are an inspiration for me to try to go beyond the area's I am looking and see if we can find some deals.Are you close to done on your other rehab?
