I'd suggest not only blinds (many landlords use those inexpensive ones most big box stores carry) but I also put up curtain rods (again, not very expensive). 

There are a few little touches that add value that are very inexpensive that I do in flips that I do not do in rentals.  

Does anyone have a good attorney that is reasonable and can provide guidance and draft documents for an inexpensive amount.

While there is certainly a lot of push to move away from the OTA companies like Airbnb, VRBO/HomeAway, FlipKey, etc, I think they are all a great value and a very inexpensive way to market your vacation rental property.
