When you start looking for multi families, you should look in their areas because they will be the lowest cost property management option.Can you tell me more about your Myrtle beach property, how you found it and how your experience has been with it?

Would you lend your own money to someone that is planning to buy an investment property, but has no experience managing one?

I like that ARM option the best. 4) Chase - no comment other than unless you are an extremely high networth individual I would go with someone else. 

This includes increasing your income through a better job, and attending local real estate investment groups where you will circulate with other like-minded individuals.  

The difference is the lender is not a bank, but an individual or abother companyThe purchasing process should be 100% the same for you as a buyer as it would purchasing any other property with the exception that you would want to get an appraisal (where as typically the bank would).
