Anything is possible, but being successful as an agent under 30 is incredibly hard, because clients usually don't pick agents that are much younger than they are.Always sail with the wind, it is easier.Getting into sales at a young age is a great idea, but I think you'll find it much easier (and make more money) doing something where your age is not in your way like flipping couches, washing driveways or selling lawn services.

They spend a lot of time talking about more macro economic events and things that can affect real estate too which is interesting...or maybe boring to some!

Hi Everyone, I am an OOS first time investor and got a SMF built in 1920 (2 units, 1bd/1ba and 3bd/2ba) under contract at 20K below purchase price (@190K) with both units currently rented ($850 and $1200). 

( Cleveland ) I’d like to see how others are gaining properties so quickly instead of saving up 20% each time. what are my options to avoid having to save up 20% each time for a down payment  DSCR loans are a popular choice for investors in Cleveland, as the real estate market is reasonably priced.

They had been able to do this for a prolonged amount of time since the economy was still proving to be relatively good based on unemployment figures.

Section 8 is not a great option for first-time landlords just because it requires more upkeep and working with the municipality.

You will most likely have a hard time finding a lender to do a HELOC on an investment property though.
