What I am scared about is getting burned with syndication, I have seen and heard about people getting large amounts of money taken from them because they did something wrong in the process.

Health is the most important factor in anyone's life; whether it is your own health or that of a loved one. 

Its been awhile since I even thought about getting back into anything to do with real estate due to family health issues and now Covid.

Advise that this will provide tenants with rent price protection during the term of the lease and formalize the terms of the tenancy such as designated parking spaces, smoking will not be allowed on the property for the health of all occupants, and the attic space they currently utilized will no longer be available to ensure that insulation and pest control can be performed. 

The health issue will go on for awhile, but eviction stays won't last.

Either you scare the Seller into selling now, or entice Buyer to feel greedy in acquiring the property NOW when everyone thinks a recovery/vaccine is round the corner and prices will shoot up.

I live about an hour away, so it's pretty easy to get to.With the pandemic, I had to shut down for a couple of months, then per our county's health department, was only able to rent for two-week stays or longer. 

I quit my corporate bank job when I had enough cash flow to replace my income, plus health insurance, plus a cushion.  

We are selling due to finances at home, my daughter has run into some long terM health concerns.
