Probably cut trash pickup to half, pool maintenance--well it needs to be shocked (or drained and chained off).Deferred repairs, such as the bricks on the mail center.These all seem to look like cash flow issues.Just my 2 cents.Remediation?

The cost basis for the community is low, so i know the level of risk during financial stress is attenuated due to the increasing mix of low LTV homes. most of what i call the "east bank" investors are gold rushing to bywater, st claude, and mid city.

There are many factors that come into play with a multi unit building, especially crossing the 2 unit number and the 4 unit number, the city will expect more out of the owner and the people hired to do the work and having someone experienced in handling the sale and ownership/management of a 6 unit building will prove to be worth its weight in gold, there may also be various help available from the city (and other levels of govt too) that aren't widely known, but that someone well versed in this market will be of much help with.Good luck to you on this and thank you very much for your service to our country too!

But I also worry about the corp either deciding not to renew the location or going chap 11 altogether .There was a article in the NY times 2 months ago about how alot of chain restaurants have razor thing margins, and how some location are known as zombie restaurants, cause they are loosing money, but the corporation still keeps it open just for show
