Initially the 3 of them just sent me an global number for the project, which ranges for 80k - 225-  I asked the detailed scope of work and the sent me a word document with the list of jobs required, but again no breakdown of costs, just the total number.  

You pay all the utilities; you need a full unit of furniture and decor; you need plates, utensils, pots and pans, glasses and cups, coffee maker, toaster and basic cooking supplies; you need linens and towels, soaps and shampoo and conditioner and blow dryers and basic bathroom supplies; you need laundry soap and supplies; and you have the cost of cleaning on the turn (usually charged to the guest but you still have to manage it).

I stocked the house over the past two months with enough food and supplies for more than 3 months, sent my healthy teenager to live with my healthy young adult son the minute school closed, and am on extraordinarily strict lockdown with my husband and daughter (who is on immunosuppressive medication).

Hi @Timothy Casallas, once you identify a market you can explore further by drilling down into the demographics like population growth, jobs and wage growth, employment diversity and supply and demand.

We have tons of jobs coming to Arizona and it is a desirable place to live.Also, I heard that houses under 250K were at .8 to .9 months of supply. 

Both months of inventory and active supply dropped.
