Listsource will be important, and I'm curious if you're targeting wholesales for major fix and flips or smaller flips?

You can as a wholesaler but this doesn't seem to be what you are referring to.

I have been speaking to a few homeowners and I would like to put them under contract but as a wholesaler I would like to know what would be my next steps besides finding a buyer?

is it only on listed homes or are they actually competing against off market wholesalers ?

From what I understand, it's partially to persuade people to upgrade to a pro account but mostly to prevent the forums from being flooded by PM's, agents, contractors, wholesalers, flippers, etc. who are just looking to advertise their products/services. 

As a wholesaler, I got a text from a seller offering to sell an empty lot, she is requesting 15K or more...is this too much for an empty lot as wholesaling goes?
