Hi everyone,Does anyone have experience with working with and/or purchasing turnkey properties from the Olson Group?

I am a new BP Pro member and have spent the last couple of months in my area looking for great deals - any of the properties worth purchasing just seem to require an extensive amount of work.

If she doesn’t have a friend/co-worker/relative looking for a place to live or the property isn’t big enough for both of them.

Realize you may be better off using cost segregation to achieve greater tax benefits immediately for purchases of STVRs.

So yesterday I spoke with an investor that purchased a so called 100% renovated and turnkey property in GH.

In 2022 I purchased a real estate course and am wondering if it's possible to write it off on my tax return.

I have used DocuSign for selling and purchasing agreements, but not for closing. 

I'm not a big fan of one beds, and the commercial has to be underwritten at higher cap rate than the commercial.Historic sounds like a lot of deferred maintenance.

I am currently living with family, I was wanting to use my first time home buyer to purchase a multi-family for my first home and stay in a unit while renting the others to start gaining some passive income.
