When I look at the red-lines, they appear fairly straightforward that a knowledgeable lawyer should be able to address in an hour or so (I do many contract reviews in my professional work so I know how much time it should take).

For the most part, I can see a fair 10% increase, that’s normal and in line with the market place.

I agree with one person who replied saying that you really have to know that rental market area comparables and cap Rates in order to fairly judge the cap rate for your current property.

I think it should rent for $1200 but went with $1150 because section 8 fair market rent for two rooms in Burlington county is $1156.

I feel fairly confident that I can do all the paperwork without any problems, however because there are other members involved, I'm wondering if it's best to let the CPA do it.
