Did not schedule the seasonal HVAC inspection and burned out an A/C unit because of the cotton from the cottonwood trees had plastered the external unit.I easily get sidetracked in spreadsheet dreams and deal analysis trying to justify that a deal 'could work' rather than moving on.Not analyzing enough dealsI could always find a justification for lack of actionInstalling the carpet before painting.Not asking for creative financing.Not building relationships before a deal is available.Not asking for help Not listening to the podcasts

As you aready mentioned, TN also does not have a state income tax so I suspect there is no consequence but I believe Illinois is a state income tax state and there probably would be consequences of needing to file.I have property in Maryland that has a state income tx and they require filing that I do every year.Have you tried to go to the state web sites to investigate further?
