No one can do a better job objectively analyzing the similarities and differences in your units and the market as a whole- as you can.Rent-o-meter is living 18-24 months in the past in my market... in this "balls to the wall market" that is a HUGE discrepancy.

Let me explain, PM has very thin margins with a lot of liability (dealing with fair housing, other people's money, and tenant-landlord laws) making it a less than desirable company to own.

They might not be able to give you all of the data right away, but should certainly explain the process, such as obtaining a new assessed value based on market price (your purchase price) upon sale of the property.

If we have to get some of it next year, tho (let's all cross fingers and hope not), it will be more of an issue and may require sending a note with returns to explain that our county is staffed by incompetents.
