I have a background and passion in design and home furnishing and think that I could put this to excellent use in the flipping business.

I own a web design firm and try to keep my W2's low.  

I will be getting my architecture license early next year and designing a simple and efficient apartment building.

I am really excited to engage with everyone and network with those in my area.

First let me start by saying there are multiple ways to put together a design and construction team, it really all depends on the level of your knowledge and the level of involvement you're looking for.

Greetings and salutations, good people.While getting some direct mail together here in Colorado, on a few occasions I've come across owners' mailing addresses that have a "no mail" designation in the public record.

Not only would it cost you less in the long run, but you would also pick up some website skills that you could apply to future websites and landing pages for your business.Another thing to note with using a squarespace or wordpress, you could just pay someone a few hundred to design it for you.

The reason for this is simple.....women have a greater attention to detail than men do when it comes to interior home design & staging.

I've seen houses sit for 6+ months that were fresh flips new everything top notch appliances good design... just awful labor...  

Don't think it includes all the design work and furnishings just the appliances and rehab.
