I've been hanging out on the website & listening to the podcasts for quite some time now just soaking up information, and thought I'd finally take an action that will actually begin to help me build some meaningful relationships in the industry.

I hope to learn more, build connections, and eventually be able to help and contribute meaningfully to discussions.I'm looking forward to learning from, and partnering with, other members of Bigger Pockets!

All I have are a few encouraging words.

Not sure why people here are not encouraging you with advice but here is what you should do!

But whenever I said I was going to learn to play, more often than not, there was much less substance to the conversation and they didn't say much except maybe a few quick encouraging words.

I would encourage them to take pictures cause all of us have smartphones now and show you the proof of dirt.

I just wanted MEMORABLE in a sea of other teeny house images...just one reason for someone to remember it again.Thanks again, everyone for your encouragement and your contributions. 

Bouncing ideas off of others and getting direction/encouragement is easy to do without having a formal partnership.

This may destroy most of the potential partnerships out there, but the work now prevents the headaches later, I think.Hopefully something good, meaningful, and satisfactory comes across your desk soon.

Listened to this podcast twice and cried both times as I felt so encouraged, challenged and inspired by her.
