Yes there are plenty of house buyers that are not a company and that are individuals that just flip. 

You could try something like Bungalow if they cover that area, if not perhaps an agent that only manages a handful of properties instead of a larger company that already has their systems set up for individual units. 

It will be added by increasing market rents to the amounts that similar units in the market rent for and also by charging a fee for individual garages.

Each individual investment will be a different answer for each and where you should or shouldnt buyWhich areas do you recommend and where do you see the highest growth?

I think that maybe the metric could be modified a bit to make it applicable to the individual investor. 

When I was breaking into the web developer industry, there was plenty of free meetups that I could attend to network with other like minded individuals.

Its no more than their fairly transparent short term ploy to leverage one group against another until all are so weak individually that where they couldn't be beaten as a group, they will be relatively easy pickings individually. 

It is difficult to determine which state is the best because it is a case by case basis depending on the market, individual property, and the owner.

Townhouses are built like duplexes but where you get both doors when you buy a duplex, townhouses sell as individual properties.
