So I have found a few abandoned homes and located the owner online  but under the property owners name has multiple addresses and it doesn't show which address is current, it does have phone numbers.

What should I focus my efforts on to most efficiently learn how to get my numbers right??

TSPs are probably the most efficient way to hold stocks.  

So... don't just give it back until you have a better idea of what it is worth.... just because it is a mess does not mean it has no value.... jump on zillow and put in her zip code or address and zoom in on her street.  

I'm anticipating that the first deal will have the greatest learning curve, but ultimately my goal is to develop relationships with contractors and come up with a process to make flipping as efficient as possible.
