It's been nice to build different plans and seeing how/when the addition of more rental properties plays out in reaching my financial goals.Just wanted to share, thought others here might enjoy it too!

Hi everyone - I am working with some investors & found that I am being faced with the problem / pressure of reducing my commission as they say they are going to buy / sell several properties with me & will not sign an exclusive agreement that puts a time / place & create a sense of loyalty.

I have learned a good bit about the management of those properties since.

The contract is for a property.

I only have 6 rental properties with little intention of buying anything else within the next 3 years.

I had desisted of the idea of house hacking due to the fact that most small multifamily properties are  the most desirable areas(based on my experience).

But is this not in a big way defrauding banks  lenders or property owners managers when they pull credit on this person. 

There's also getting a job as a property manager.

To illustrate:You inherit a property today that your relative/friend bought 10 years ago for 100k.
