Main points of the Financial Choice Act are that they are going to de-reg banks to a certain extent, but with the increased freedom they will not have any bailouts in the future, so banks will have to police their own risks.

I have also been reading that there are structures such as LLC, Limited Family Company, Nevada, Delaware and don't know how I can reduce fees, charges and taxes and to maximise benefits and also protect our assets from liability etc.
