I think there will be a binary outcome depending on who has locked in long term financing and has no refinance risk vs those who have to refinance.If rates are going up, you would think that rents would follow.

@Kerven JeanDouble check with someone in your area and/or reach out to a local lawyer or wholesaler but I would assume that you could still lock up the property and they will have to pay their agent the 3% or so.

Guests often look for those.Have also seen a recent study that says that 82% of guest prefer to stay in smart home enabled properties and that 60% are willing to pay more to stay at those so I'd recommend adding smart home devices (locks, thermostats, Roku TVs) and clearly market those in your listings.

I know people that have "personal" PayPal accounts that they sell things online with, and some of them have had trouble with PayPal unilaterally deciding that they are a scammer, locking their accounts, and then not responding to any questions.
