I am starting to think that I should send the typical probate letter acknowledging the death with condolences and sending it to the PR which I assume is the executor.I am looking for advice and others experience with some rates of letters to leads conversion.

Even if they have good credit, and a solid income, many just believe that they’ll be nitpicked to death once they apply.

The notice must contain the credit information and a toll-free number or email address where the prospective tenant may contact the credit reporting agency.There are plenty of other points to note in the guide, which can be found here.
