We get our foreclosure data from 2 different title companies(I believe they get their data from each counties recorders office and also listsource) I have them send me everything for the 4 closest counties to me.

I know that everyone’s at home now and very limited physical activity but you’ll only need a computer and the right data to be able to take the first steps and there’s always a time that we take our clients to physically look at a property, when everything is in order and ready to wrap up.

Sure it's ridiculously expensive, but for someone that specializes in small multifamily properties, there is no better data source.I also use a lot of saved searches in the MLS that send me everything that sold, price changed, cancelled, came back on market, withdrew, etc.

@James Barry I'll agree in the smallest sense that the data does not have a specifically direct affect on the asset price, but that it has an affect on market perceptions, which then in turn affect asset prices.
