The current loan is 3.5% so I won’t refinance into a new mortgage.  

Compare them with the current listing pictures and you can see what was done in order to list at the higher price.

I am doing mostly cosmetic fixes to a SFH currently. 

They are registered with the Oregon Sec Of state and the officers are the individuals that the website states and under their current name they have been around a little over a year.

My suggestion as someone who currently has 6 fix and flips and 5 new builds in progress throughout Dade and Broward is to fix and flip anywhere the numbers make sense.
