I realize that it is an over-generalization but compared to other markets it appears that Ohio is purely a cash-flow play. 

My properties are in Baltimore and I plan to continue investing there due my knowledge of the market and extensive connections.

Should I continue to research and identify deals in my market area? 

I don't have a good list of questions to even ask 30 banks, to know exactly what I'm looking for, 2-3 years down the road.The search continues :)

Overall the market continues to to have 94-95% occupancy, although that is down percentage point or so from last year.
