What is it about Ohio?
I am a Florida investor and actively look at other markets around the country. I am partial to Sunbelt properties but I am curious for those of you that know why there appears to be so much inventory popping up from Ohio? I understand Michigan conceptually but I see little or no basis to believe that there is major upside in Ohio. I realize that it is an over-generalization but compared to other markets it appears that Ohio is purely a cash-flow play. I'm curious what people knowledgeable of the area see in the market when adjusting for risk (growth, crime, etc..)
