They knew the location of the home, the title company contact information and names, amounts of purchase...everything.

For the time being I plan on doing all the listing/advertising, data collection/analytics (excel), and payment collection myself (paypal/venmo) until I have enough properties that using a service like Cozy or Avail becomes cost and time effective.

My realtor says I just need to contact the people leaving in the house and notify them that Im the new owner and tell them that they can pay me rent or leave.
