Always have the "or Assigns" on the contract to help you with a wholesale and a transfer to your corporation from yourself personally.As soon as you can comfortably, after you close, change the exterior door locks.

I assume many wholesalers don't do this because then a seller would have to sell to a corporation instead of an individual and thus might lose the deal.
