Then I focus our conversations mostly on those areas she cares about.

The house is small, but I've had conversations with local realtors and assessors who tell me it's in the best location to sell or rent in the city.

Just strike up a conversation with them be friendly with them they’ll be more than happy to talk to you for a few minutes.
