Might  want to limit the size of pet but animals will have to pay rent.

I prefer referring to zip codes because each seems to be its own unique area with unique characteristics.  

I agree Tacoma is its own animal and I will definitely check out the BP group here in Tacoma.

It's a different animal and has its struggles but is def more profitable when occupied.

Broken down vehicles, shady visitors, animals appearing, notices from city code enforcement, smoking. partying, domestic disturbances, on and on.Without appreciation, I would have netted nothing really for my 10 yrs of pain and suffering. 

Can I deny his application because of the animal capacity being too high?
