I also brought on my brother as a partner for my wholesaling business (I know what you’ll say…but we get along, and he’s as passionate about real estate as I am, and that’s hard to find).

I wouldn't want them calling Joe Smuckatelli or their brother in law who used to moonlight as a plumber 20 years ago.

As a currently active duty service member looking to transition out of the NAVY and back into civilian life as a full-time REI and entrepreneur I feel the need to give back to my brother & sisters in arms looking to do the same.

I know i had loans on a few :(   My Brother in law bought a home  in Las Altos Hill in 90 that had sold in 87 peak for 2.5 mil and he picked it up for 1.3 still lives there today probably worth 6 to 8 mil today.. so real estate does bounce back in some markets but this was a sub market in prime Silicon Valley SF peninsula.. 

I ended up receiving their airbnb income and sent it back to my brother who is their dependent and to my aunt that was with my mom in the US at that time.

My dad and his brother are looking to sell her home.situation: I’d (grandson) like to propose to my dad and uncle that I would handle the RE sale of her house, and would provide me approximately 400k (current valuation) to deploy in an REI manner. 

@Ryan Dyess  oh yeah brother, firefighting and real estate go together like peanut butter and bananas, at least in my experience.

I've been in the construction industry my whole life ( my twin brother is a union plumber as well) and have also owned (2) business' that I've sold; Autobody Shop and A Trade Show Company. 

My brother wants to get 5 rentals off his name (mom's real estate, mom doesn't want them either) he already owns over 25 of his own.

Slow and steady wins the race, brother.
