There is very specific info and ordinances on farms with cows and livestock, horses just anecdotal tidbits like it’s not as bad as cattle Yes it will but having grown up ridding horses it wouldn’t bother me.  

I don't have "day to day" items they bother me with. 

That doesn't make your personal experience invalid, but it also doesn't make your experience universally applicable to all single mothers.OK, Suzanne, I'm not about to be berated by someone who can't be bothered to put up a pic and write a profile, and with 12 posts on this site of which three are trying to put words in my mouth.

However, I do think it is pure laziness when someone doesn’t bother to find the answer to their questions, or to seek out education by searching the forums, blogs, and internet; instead asks a question expecting someone to provide a complete workable business plan and complete education for them in two posts.

I want to get an idea if my concerns are warranted, or if I'm making a bigger issue than it really is.leaking seals, bad roof, pipe joints failed, etc are all items that happen with age and do not bother me.However, improper flashings installed is a concern.

I did Google map searches to see where my prospective properties were in Indianapolis - I ruled out properties near bad locations (near railroad tracks, busy streets, although this doesn't bother some investors).

I do something most flippers don't bother doing.

Context: I own a small condo in a 3 condo unit, which I'm currently renting out. 3rd floor owner texts me at least twice a week for small nuisances about the tenants that bother only her (2nd floor owner hasn't complained once). 

With so many dropouts, will you tell your kids not to bother with it?
