Whatever would greatly improve the curb appeal..What do you guys think?

If you got decent interest rates a 6% cap rate with 4X leverage and a 3% interest boosts the return substantially.

And a tax shelter will boost your income Use student loans to pay down the principal of your mortgage it’ll be a lower interest-rate which will save you money which is money earned

There are ongoing changes and policies already happening to help curb the water levels going down. 

Or it has terrible curb appeal that scares away buyers but you know it can be easily cleaned up and rented for significantly more because of location.There's far too much to explain with such a generic question.

I initially ran the vacancy rate at 5%, but when we boosted it to 15%, that severely inhibited cashflow.The apartment complexes all around also boast <5% vacancy and they're not selling.I'm looking for advice on how best to evaluate this property.  

It truly worked better as a rental, but I am not holding at the present.We were hoping to find someone who could look past the lack of curb appeal.  

I do think the hardi plank looks nice and can certainly add to the curb appeal of your property.

While on my visit the realtor basically told me that as soon as I put any appliances, granite, piping basically anything in these houses that they would be stolen and that has basically curbed my appetite for the state but now I'm hungry again to invest there.

I was planning on doing outside 1st to increase curb appeal and get the call.Thanks for everyones advise.
