And did you you a small local bank for your loan and refinancing?

Do you plan on going to a bank and get a mortgage?

We talked to several banks and found one very large bank that would rap the rehab with the mortgage the problem with this bank is they were very difficult to work with especially for the contractors.

Central banks whether the Fed, the ECB, the BOJ, the PBOC, etc have collectively pooled together their great wisdom and economics savvy and financially engineered a recovery by reflating old bubbles and creating new ones.  

My initial question is -what pecentage down would a mortgage lender or bank require for an apt. building? 

As far as I have dealt with lenders they have wanted 2 years of tax returns and bank statements as proof of income for self employed.

then find a buyer who has no cash who can finance thru the bank. 

I probably couldn’t find a bank for a loan on that old of properties.
