Envelopes are still hand-addressed, but contain our logo on the front of it.The response has been about the same, about 0.50% response rate.The biggest hurdle we're trying to overcome is that our company is a scam or fraudulent.

I won't connect the dots but any lawyer on here will attest the truth of a court order that would order divestiture of any interest in any enterprise, including real estate.And no, I don't feel bad about shutting down a business that scams the public.

However, he has more to lose than I do if he tries : ) Now, especially after seeing so many people being scammed by many alleged gurus, I don't spend anymore money on them.  

How do you tell if it's a scam?  

In larger cities there will always be that top 20% succeeding and thriving and drawing in the elite but, and not to get too political here, the high cost, anti-growth policies, debt, and low quality of life for the middle class in these areas is likely to push a lot of people out.

Reginald, sounds like your read one of my posts.There are dozens of scams, I agree with the 5 Ds Sean mentioned, I say Job is the number one or lack of income to meet the obligation, but Job doesn't start with a "D"!

Now I wouldn't really call them a scam, they may very well work for a handful of people here and there, but here's how it went down for me.      

Some are worthwhile, some are worthless and many are scams.

I am not anti-septic just outlining things you might consider.
