Our strategy is to purchase a multi-family unit that would allow us to occupy one unit and rent out the remaining units on a long term basis. 

I have seen quite a few CRE platforms (Loopnet, Reonomy, Crexi etc.) and all have horrible ratings with the Better Business Bureau.What does everyone here use as a reliable source of info to prospect and be able to do due diligence?

I have found it hard enough to get 1 line of credit, let alone 2 on the same business. 2nd line would need to satisfy the 1st for the lender to give it to me.Thanks for the ideas on equity partner - will be the path that looks most promising!

I like both products and they both have there place in our business, but looking for a way they can work together more, maybe eliminating the duplicate post each month.Thanks!

He is in my area but the more I looked the more skeptical I became.A bunch of his videos are just him working out with words about investing written across them.His business name is very unprofessional. 

We need him to get legal docs showing it's allowed, and he can't, because it's not allowed to be a 3-unit.

Beautiful city, near the coast and mountains, a ton of businesses moving into the area, large demand for property, etc etc.

It has all the tools necessary to get into the syndication business.

I don't mind paying for an extra hour or three to allow for travel time and a time miscalculation from me. 

Or maybe an $800K quad (FHA allows up to 4 units with this financing) and live in one of the units before repeating.Congrats again on a great strategy.
