Now they are getting a survey, and I think they're about to be disappointed.I'd suggest ignoring the neighbor but I see they are threatening to move their fence.

In addition, I'd post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, LandSearch, LandCentury. 

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.

Anyway, I'm so glad to be done with them soon and warn against this group because they looked out for #1 instead of looking out for their private money lender in addition to their business.

Hopefully you can find a lender with lower rates/fees as the others have suggested (although I would be wary of the cheapest lender.
