If they're good tenants then I wouldn't be concerned about "messy"... depending on what you mean by messy.

While there is no guarantee a tenant will leave like you mentioned, as a prospective tenant, I would find a landlord telling me "well, I cant give you a specific date for move in" very concerning.

Plus, I'm taking the perspective of an investor who isnt so concerned with reaching the limit of 10 rentals from conventional lending.For the MF investors in SA, is there more that I should think about as I look into MF investing and developing a strategy in SA?

My biggest concern is not getting back the money out with a cashout refinance.

The main thing that concerns me about a partnership is that her fiance (who is a part of her business team) would be part of the partnership. 

My concern is if these get implemented again and also economic or national outlook with everything that is going on.
