Same with New York, actually even more, and Chicago as well......If you choose to stay, consider investing your money OOS, you'll be so glad you did......Good luck with that tenant....once you get him out, I'd fix it up and sell while the market is still strong there......

Accounting made easy if you pay your expenses from the same account...taxes, insurance, etc.If you think you will save some state income taxes somewhere lets say if you are living in places like Manhattan, New York, or California , but you want to designate your residence as Texas, I'm not sure that works.
