I am a realtor with Keller Williams in New Berlin WI and currently own 6 doors of my own.  

My main reason was to invest as well, I dont think it is a big deal, but Remax has extra fees that might hurt you.I started with REMAX then switched to Keller Williams.

There, they asked me to fill out a Grama request(keep in mind it might not be this way where you live) they told me to fill out the request making sure I was being really specific and that there might be a cost associated with it, which I was expecting after listening to podcast #39 with Seth Williams .

@William DeLuca : Have you tried using the BP rental calculator to analyze the property?

William, mine two are next door to each other, one purchased in 2000 the other on 2003.  

@Matt Williams, just want to know if there is some other creative strategy (like a "subject to") or attempting a short sale package with the bank that would have made this work.
