I have a mortgage on a house in Las Vegas so will be waived for me.36 month early closure fee is $500I found slightly better rates (credit unions), higher limits (B of A) but US Bank was the only one I found willing for qualified borrowers to go to 90%.

I think a smarter way to market sellers is to try to find some seller that has a problem.Five basic boxes if you're broke and you can't pay a wonderful marketing coach like @Dev Horn, @Jerry Puckett, or @Michael Quarles, to get sent for you yellow letters, zip letters, postcards, etc., then you need "guerrilla marketing".Guerrilla marketing has to do with finding a problem and offering a solution.My favorite problem is an expired listing.

They just keep paying down his mortgage, now if it wasn't for all his trips to Vegas He'd prob have a ton of $.

i went to fb tuesday and they said i could pay for it saturday cause i didnt have the money that day but ill get all the benifits that the people got tuesday and the 25k is if you want more coaching but not nesesary the class was 1197. but they took 1000. off no 1 else has done that ive been to a lot of the events and there the only 1 give you a chance have never been that cheap all of them have been 1000   to 3000 n no less
