Just thought I would see who all of the BP members out there invest in this space? 

We have 3 spaces in our home.

Coronavirus and Market InstabilityMany of you are aware that I work at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and I invest in the large (100+ unit) multifamily space.

We are considering purchasing an office space.

But I lucked into this home with a permitted garage apartment conversion (separate entry, only shared space is the laundry room).

Larger companies are typically more expensive due to their larger overhead for office space, marketing, dedicated accounting and HR departments, training costs, etc.Smaller management companies typically will know more about the property at the drop of a hat.  

- Somehow combine with office space to qualify for small business loan?

@Michael Wagner I like this hybrid idea in your blog, but I could also see myself overseeing a retrofit of storage units from existing warehouse space or building a few rows of small outdoor units on an existing commercial property.

After thats done I can probably get 1500-1750$ a month depending on how the economy bounces back.The basement which is currently a shipping area could be changed into a bachelor rental at a cost of probably 12k$ and be rented for 850-1000$ depending.Then there is the factory area, I have thought about making it into a large open space apartment type thing, or just renting it as storage or a factory space for someone else.
