I hired a lawyer to do my due diligence  for me since I had no clue what to do.He did a title search and had to get a bunch of certified papers signed to be cleared for the transfer of title.

It might be a good time to invest.There could be substantial money inflow to try to stem liability.The lawyers and their teams will need places to stay while recovering money for those who have damages.Settlements will probably be offered but many will sue.I hope to see a great restoration and revival in Flint.

Getting the lawyer on my property's tax case to go from giving me MAJOR attitude, to (joyfully) taking special efforts to extend the upcoming foreclosure date until I can close on the property, whenever that is.I'm hoping by writing it out in this forum post, I will think more intently on it, and be able to produce results like these more regularly!

Each association does a good job of putting together a PA and it is looked over by lawyers and if your a realtor they will defend it in court for you.
