I guess this is another version of House Hacking!

It's $14 bucks a month per "employee" if you are using the Pro version (which I suggest), and it is highly customizable and great in building in automation.

Also, the exam wasn't too difficult, but there are approximately 7 different versions of the test you can receive, I think I got one of the easier ones.

Follow your gut.This is a very condensed version of how you can SUCESSFULLY invest out of state. 

Contractor - strongly advise you to select a contractor with the accreditation as a Certified 203k Contractor; keep in mind that the contractor does not necessarily dtermine the pricing for the project  (see 203k Consultant info above) but does need to know the different versions of the 203k, payment methods, timelines, paperwork, forms, and processes; definitely don't want to work with a contractor who is going to "wing it" on a 203k.You're only as strong as your weakest link.

Senate Bill 25 attempts to reinstate an earlier version of the municipal eviction statute (which had been ruled constitutional) to give landlords a more cost effective remedy against tenants who fail to pay rent.  

I am sure some people can make it work but I like places that I could see a younger version of myself living.
