Since we can't self promote in these forums I won't but I will say that I personally know of a guy who loves to help people and has pretty good working relationships with a handful of investors.

According to the proposal, I could no longer promote my services.

I have seen more than one person claim comps from the A class properties to promote their D Class property a few blocks away.

As a landlord, i strive too promote a different, more mutually positive landlord/tenant relationship.

They may talk about the offering on talk shows and webinars, and they may promote the offering on social media.

Networking with more experienced RE brokers and sales people who are investors like yourself; more RE investor/bankers to help you with your financing; more RE investors to trade with and promote your deals.Make no mistake.

The term "turnkey" is used loosely by folks that operate different models.Some acquire (own), rehab, and re-sell the property to the turnkey buyer.Some broker the property to the turnkey buyer, who funds the rehab out of pocket.Some are marketers/promoters that collect a fee from the actual rehab/property management team and steward the buyer through the process.In the sense that property management is often handled in-house by many turnkey sellers, there is a "vested interest" in the property's condition and tenant quality.

I think much of my advise runs counter to most people here. also I'm not trying to self promote.
