As far as i can tell i cant find a law preventing this, just that most organizations have a 2 per bedroom policy. 

Making them fill out paperwork and submit via email will prevent continuous random texts.

They taught me how place ads that would screen people, told horror stories, and stories of preventing untruthful leasers.

However each lender that underwrites to Fannie and Freddie guidelines may have overlays that prevent that lender from allowing the seller carry back despite Fannie and Freddie allowing it.

They frown upon external links here in the forums, but (aside from Bigger Pockets of course) one of the best resources for new landlords is Evict TV (easy to find with a Google search) - literally hundreds of videos about landlord-tenant issues and how to address (or prevent) them. 

Are the high rates preventing you from cash-flowing, or are you deducing that you probably won’t cash flow because of the rates?

RSA-6 districts are anticipated to spawn within RSA-5 neighborhoods to prevent over-development and to preserve their architectural characteristics. 

Personally, I think getting a large umbrella insurance policy is enough to get started (to prevent things from being too complicated w/ LLC set up). 

It's to prevent landlords form just making up numbers....
