That is exactly the same reason I invest down here and actually looking in the Warner Robins area for more apartments because there has been tremendous growth especially with the Air Force Base being at the center of it all. 

I already appraised at 650k, and this will only go up after the work, as the town is experiencing an astounding amount of growth and gentrification at the moment.This is the #1 street in the center of town, 2 minutes walk from the nyc mid-town direct train station, and 2 minutes from all of the bars, shops, and restaurants.

This covers the normal condo association expense (landscape, drive way maintenance, snow removal, ponds, general property insurance, club house, fitness center, pool, security, exterior lights, signage, roofs, etc.).What's the minimum down payment for a property such as that?

My personal opinion is that there are more rough areas in Center Township.  

As such, I do still think jobs will continue to be centered around major metropolitan areas, with long term growth most prominent in the most business-friendly areas.
