Since there is no lease in place and or any other agreement between the occupant and you or the landlord I will call 911 and have them removed from the property.

@TJ Angelo I'm assuming you are buying in the owner occupant period and need to be an owner occupant to bid on it since you are asking about it but you could just switch your mailing address to that property and live in your current place since it's close you would still be able to get the mail.
