Hi Tierra,I'd suggest talking with your lender regarding your plan to move out prior to a year of occupancy.

I've sold a few homes in Carrollton to owner occupants.

With the 2 restaurants if one goes dark you are already at occupancy of 50% and likely throwing money at the mortgage each month to stay afloat.

The constable served the 24 hour notice to vacate and the occupants immediately went and filed for CH. 13 bankruptcy in order to further tie up the property.  

Once I fulfill the Owner-Occupant requirement, I could move out and rinse and repeat, to which hopefully by then I'll have enough steady income from my properties to qualify for a loan. 

Since there is no lease in place and or any other agreement between the occupant and you or the landlord I will call 911 and have them removed from the property.  

@TJ Angelo I'm assuming you are buying in the owner occupant period and need to be an owner occupant to bid on it since you are asking about it but you could just switch your mailing address to that property and live in your current place since it's close you would still be able to get the mail.
