I accidentally shot a nail through the kitchen counter and I couldn't even find the hole.  

Most who do get nailed in real estate deals do so after settlements, that's because the issues are caught later on in reviews by regulators or auditors.

I could nail some up to wooden poles but they're not always in the ideal locations.
