finding wholesale deals

Hey Guys,

I'm somewhat new to BP and I'm trying to educate myself on wholesaling. Can anyone make suggestions on how they find deals to wholesale or point me to a thread on the forum that deals with this question? Obviously, I have non-MLS deals in mind.

Thanks,

Stan
